The Philippines-based team has worked directly with touchpoint.systems founder Tony Gavin for 16 years, a working relationship that originated during Gavin's tenure as founder and chief executive of ROI Media, a Hong-Kong based digital marketing agency he operated for 14 years. Where offshore service arrangements are typically characterised by vendor relationships and staff turnover, the touchpoint.systems Philippines operation functions as an integrated extension of the company, with team members who have accumulated a detailed understanding of the systems, platforms, and methodologies that define the company's approach.
